Learning Service offer a Managed Training Service designed specifically for Local Authorities. The level of support offered through the service can be tailored to the specific needs of the council and can encompass: learning needs analysis, bespoke learning programmes, industry specific specialist courses, quarterly scheduling, catalogue management, full training administration, handling any delegate queries, management of training suppliers, training evaluation, consolidated monthly invoicing, management reporting, complimentary Learning Management System (LMS), waitlist management. Learning Service aim to work in partnership with our clients and build on collaborative working with other local authorities in the area, in turn leading to further cost savings, and a more ‘just in time’ approach to training. The web-based LMS is made available to all staff members, and PVI partners, as well as additional available functionality to allow managers to book and monitor staff training. We provide comprehensive reporting allowing effective evaluation of training activities and demonstration of ROI.
